* Dates are Jan 1st — End of Jan, possibly longer since we’ll be traveling there is some flexibility in this arrangement depending on your needs, some flexibility on the front end too.
* No security deposit; instead you will sign an agreement that you will cover any damages during your stay, we will provide you with a punchlist of items to acknowledge.
