This is my home, I am the owner. I recently bought this apartment and carefully renovated it into a beautiful home that I love. I keep it very clean and tidy and am looking for a quiet, respectful, non-smoking, low-key tenant. I'm not interested in making a profit. I care far more about finding someone who will take as good care of the space as I do while I'm away.

I love the neighborhood: it's old school NYC. Kossar's Bialys, Trader Joe's, Essex Market, Chinatown, all 15 min walk away. Closest subway is the F train. Many buses and Citibike stations are right outside the building.
