Subletting my beautiful furnished photo studio live/work loft in the East Williamsburg/Bushwick area starting August 4th thru late September 2025. Dates are flexible.

This loft space is approximately 900 sq ft and has a built in 10 ft x 14 ft cyclorama wall that has been previously used as a photo studio and is now used as a movie projector wall.

The space is fully furnished and has a lofted area with a memory foam mattress, a fold out futon couch, arm chair, desk, antique wall unit, kitchen table and chairs, massive walk in closet and lighted hair/make-up vanity area. I also have a jungle of plants- plant parents are a plus!

I've lived in this space for many years and am looking for someone to treat this space like their home while I am traveling for work on a film project. This space is ideal for a couple or someone who will also be utilizing the studio aspect of the space. Additional subletting for photo shoots will not be permitted. This space has been used for small scale shoots only.

The loft is walking distance to Crossroads coffee, House of Yes, Roberta's Pizza, Bunna Cafe, Jupiter Disco, Maria Hernandez Park, Momo Sushi, Elsewhere and much more!

The space is located between the Morgan and Jefferson L stop and along the B57 bus route.
