The cottage is private and set off the road for a quiet & peaceful vibe. It is appointed with all-natural materials: bamboo floors, wood cabinets, granite countertops, tiled bathroom with tub. It has a high ceiling, lending an even more spacious feeling, and faces southeast so it is flooded with light. The furniture is modern, colorful and comfortable. Kayak or swim from the backyard. The Shawangunk Ridge is only 20 minutes away!

The space includes many conveniences including a microwave, toaster, full size fridge and stove, and a wonderful bluetooth speaker system so you can play your favorite music.

The bedroom is separated from the living room with 5' walls and otherwise enjoys the high ceiling, open air feel of the entire cottage.

There is a large 6' closet in the bedroom.

The entire cottage is yours, with deck and backyard area off of the deck. The cottage is located behind the garage and down a hill. You have a private brick walkway 7 mostly shallow steps down and 2 steps up from the driveway to the cottage.

This is a car dependent location, the closest store in the town of Rosendale is 3 miles away.

About This Lister

I am the owner of the property which includes a cape style house located on the road, and that is my living space. There is also a 2 car garage which the tenant can you for their car during snow storms.
