I am a filmmaker and full-time film professor at NYU Tisch School of the Arts film school. I alternate my time between Saugerties and NYC, but live upstate full time from May through August. My house is next door and we share a driveway.

I'm an attentive landlady seeking tenants who are good neighbors to me as well as the other residents in the house and on our cozy, friendly block. Other house tenants are mature, friendly, working female artists.

Both houses are located on a well-tended acre lot with two antique barns, abutting the town woods. One of the barns is my painting studio.
