Landlord is an active, outgoing, and mature professional woman, a native New Yorker and an “Uptown Gal” with a professional Corporate business background with top 100 companies. I enjoy a large social circle throughout the U.S.A and globally. I am a 3rd -generation Harlemite, and have worked overseas and traveled extensively throughout my career. Now, semi-retired, I am planning a 3-month winter hiatus to a warmer climate for 2026. I have at times, opened up my home to close friends’ adult children, and to an international graduate student that came highly recommended.
