Columbia Presbyterian Hospital is a 10 min. walk 12 blocks to the south. This is a very nice area of Washington Heights, west of Broadway. It is a short walk to the Hudson River and the accompanying park/bike path.

The apartment is clean, quiet and peaceful. The current occupants are a late 20's female PHD student, and me.

The apartment is conveniently located 1 block from the A train express stop at W. 181st St. (18 min. to Columbus Circle), and 3 blocks from the 1 train also at W. 181st St. (30 min door-to-door to Columbia Univ.) The A train runs express to 59th St. within 18 min. (5 stops), 25 min to Times Sq. (6 stops), and less than 35 min to downtown /W. 14th St. (8 stops).

Rent is $1050/m inc. utilities. (Wifi, heat, gas, and electric). A one month security deposit is required.
