I’m looking for someone to move into my 2-bedroom apartment for 4 months, with the possibility to extend to 6 months or one year. This is a 5-unit apartment building, so it has a pretty relaxed vibe. The lease will be month-to-month.

I am looking for a female roommate to move in starting May 1st.

The apartment and the room for rent are fully furnished, so you don't have to worry about anything—just move in with your personal belongings. Rent is $2,100/month plus electricity; the rest of the utilities are included.

It’s located on Graham Ave, between Meserole St and Montrose Ave, in a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and parks.

You’ll be living with me. I am a professional woman looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and easygoing to keep a relaxed vibe in the apartment.

Thank you for understanding, but we’re not able to have pets since the landlord does not allow pets in the building.
