I’m looking for someone to move into my 2-bedroom apartment, available for a 6–12 month stay, with the possibility of extension. I’m also open to month-to-month rent. This is a 5-unit apartment building, so it has a pretty relaxed vibe.

I am looking for a roommate to move in starting between April 15th and May 1st.

The apartment and the room for rent are fully furnished, so you don't have to worry about anything—just move in with your personal belongings. Rent is $1,800/month. WiFi and utilities are shared and range from $100 to $150 per month.

It’s located on Graham Ave, between Meserole St and Montrose Ave, in a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and parks.

You’ll be living with me. I am a professional woman looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and easygoing to maintain a relaxed vibe in the apartment.

We’re not able to have pets, as the landlord does not allow pets in the building.
