The neighborhood is in Brooklyn. Less than a 10 minute walk to scenic Verrazano bridge boardwalk (Shore Road Promenade Scenic Lookout) and is in close vicinity to other parks. Public transportation nearby - 2 min from R line-direct train to Manhattan, and several buses, including express buses X17 and X28. Apartment is fully furnished with all household and kitchen gadgets for common use.
