Furnished room in lower Washington Heights available for short-term rental, all utilities included. Light-filled garden-level space. Artfully decorated and neat large living room and dining area. Cat in the apartment. One bathroom, one kitchen. Shower, tub, reverse-osmosis filtered water. This is a TV-free space (an artist's apartment). No dishwasher or laundry, though coin laundry is available a few doors down (1 min walk). No super on-site. Compost and recycling in the apartment. Outdoor space included with the apartment.

You will be close to the 157th Street 1 train. Cross-streets are 160th and Riverside Drive. 30 minute train ride to midtown, 1 hour to Brooklyn.

I will be out of town for 4 days, and would ask that you feed the cat while I am out! The price of the apartment (which would be all yours during those 4 days) has been discounted to compensate you for the exchange. The original price for the full apartment for one week is $600.
