The apartment is conveniently situated just one or two blocks from a laundromat, coffee shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. The F and G trains are only a 3-minute walk away, providing easy access to the city. Prospect Park is a pleasant 15-minute walk from the apartment. Enjoy a quick 22-minute train ride to the East Village and Lower East Side in Manhattan.
