Hi there. My name is Kevin, and my daughter and her friend have been living in the apt for the last 6 months while grinding away at college. They are taking a break from school which is why the apt is availalble.

They keep everything super clean and organized :) Looking for a nice couple or 2 responsible adults who appreciate a nice apt and wants to enjoy this special neighborhood while being able to relax in a cozy space.
