This could be a great fit for someone looking to live at the top of NYC. It’s a very quiet and family-friendly area. Park your car on the street with no alternate-side parking. While it’s helpful to have a car here it’s not necessary. Coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Short walk to Van Cortlandt Park, College of Mount Saint Vincent and Wave Hill.
