This bedroom is in a 2-bedroom apartment on the UWS, a few blocks from the 1/2/3 train at 96th St. I will be doing some extended travel and am looking for someone to rent the room in my absence. It is available from May21st/22nd - June 22nd. Room only available for this time period.

The ideal candidate is a girl in their mid-late 20s, would consider herself fun and easy going, prioritizes a clean space, and has a friendly personality. You must also be willing to occasionally feed the CUTEST cat ever, your 3rd roomie, Kleo.

The room is super bright & fully furnished. Comes with a TV for all your viewing pleasure and a WFH station it needed.

This area is a great up-and-coming, fun place to live. Near a Target, Whole Foods & brand new Chick-fil-a (bless), as well as many great restaurants and bars.

Utilities are included, up to $100. If there are charges above this (typically caused by AC usage) I will expect you to cover!

About This Lister

Elena will be your roomie for the duration of your stay. She is currently a therapist for an NYC hospital and has lived in the city for a little over a year (go Blue!).

Elena describes herself best by saying, “I am a bubbly ambivert who loves to hang out with my friends and people I love, but also happy to sit by myself. I really value friends & family. I work full-time out of the house, so I love coming home and getting to unwind from the day. A big routine girl through the week, and spend most of my weekend out of the house enjoying my summer. I concur, and would also say she is the best possible roommate. She is kind, compassionate, hilarious, and really values a calm and clean space.

Now, most importantly, the queen of the space, Kleo. Kleo is my cat who (to my greatest sadness) will not be joining me on my travels. She is honestly the best cat, super snuggly, loves to nap, and is overall a low-maintenance girl. Not to mention, she is insanely adorable. Elena will be the primary caretaker during my absence; however, I also ask you to be willing to feed her on the rare occasion Elena is unable.
