I’m subletting my one-bedroom apartment in Woodstock from mid-November through mid-March (flexible on days). It’s a peaceful, light-filled spot about 6 minutes from Woodstock main street - tucked in the woods, so it feels private and quiet, but still close to everything (15 minutes to Saugerties, 20 to Kingston, and about 2 hours from NYC). Hunter Mountain is about 30 minutes away if you’re into skiing or just want to explore the Catskills.

The space has a warm feel - east-facing windows that catch the morning light, pine floors, and a cozy, simple layout that’s easy to settle into. There’s a full kitchen with everything you need (a dining table is on the way), a comfortable living room with a big sectional and Roku TV (with all the streaming platforms), and a bright bedroom that looks out into the trees.

There’s also a small work area with an adjustable desk and chair, great if you work remotely or just want a quiet place to write, read, or reset.

There are 3 other units in the building, so it is a sound conscious space.
