I’m not kidding. I am appealing to those like me who can never go anywhere because they don’t have anyone to watch their fids (feathered kids). Of course this apartment is available to anyone, but it is extremely bird friendly. There are two big cages and an aviary attached to the fire escape, right outside the kitchen door. Ideally, I would like someone who wants to explore the Hudson Valley for a month stretch or more. If I don’t find that, I will be open to shorter stays.
This is a completely furnished apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. It is on the second floor of a 4 classroom schoolhouse in the Cedar Park Cemetery in Hudson, New York. There is a washer and dryer on the premises, guest parking, utilities, Internet, and Dish TV all included
All your neighbors will be dead but if you feel like a lively reparate, you can always go to town, which is a short walk down the hill… except In the winter when a 15 minute walk can freeze your toes off!!! I will always be a phone call away, and my friend Beverly lives in the basement and she will be your best friend and can call Travis if anything needs to be fixed.
