We're looking to sublet our spacious 1-br apt with a nice backyard !

August 25 -September 15 is the available period.
We're asking $2000 and a $500 security deposit;
Open to slightly shorter stay, with some flexibility to stay longer into September.

Location:
Crown heights, near Botanic Garden, Brooklyn Museum, Prospect park on a one-block very quiet street.

Details:
The apartment has private back garden with chairs + table, with a screened-in area. Roses are in bloom.
There's a well equipped eat-in kitchen, sunny in the mornings; a comfortable big bedroom (with morning sun) and a large living room that we use as combination studio / hang-out zone with front cosy seating area by the window (sunny in the afternoon), and two desks/work stations.

The rooms have hardwood floors. We'll clear the bedroom shelves for you to use. Audio studio monitors are available, if interested. We have a window AC in the bedroom, and AC in the front room as well.

No smoking inside. No pets.

There are 2 steps down to the entrance of the apartment.

Included are the utilities internet, electricity, gas, water.

About This Lister

We're Anna and Daniel, two artists and musicians, living together in this beautiful house.
We'll both be traveling.

This is a three- unit building on a great one-block street. The upstairs neighbors (including the landlord) are both artists as well.
