Really great apartment in a great neighborhood. I'm moving to a bigger apartment to accommodate a baby on the way. Otherwise, I would have stayed in this apartment for a long time.

It's incredibly spacious. Although it's technically a studio, it has a separated bedroom with a half wall.

The building has a gym, a really nice rooftop patio on the 14th floor, and a common area with a pool table.

The building is also a short walk to Barclays, Prospect Park, 2 Whole Foods, and a few other grocery stores.

About This Lister

I'm a tech worker who works from home and has a dog. This apartment is mere minutes from Atlantic Barclays (aka close to every train line), there's a nice dog park only 15 minutes away, and prospect park is a 20 minute walk. I truly love the apartment and building. I'm only moving because I'm moving into a 2 bedroom. Otherwise, I would have stayed in this unit for a while.
