Prefer a non-smoking/non-drug environment. Hopefully walking distance to supermarket, laundry, and subway. I'm low maintenance. Be clean and considerate. That's all I ask.

I'm seeking an affordable room to rent/sublet starting August 22nd.

I'm a single straight guy (he/him), non-smoker, relocating back into NYC for a new job managing a production studio in Brooklyn.

I'm clean, responsible, and friendly. When I'm not working, I'm producing my podcast, out and about, or home chilling and watching a movie. I have no pets currently (though most pets love me). Since I'm single, I don't really entertain. I don't mind if you do from time to time.

I have limited resources currently but if you are looking for a good roommate/tenant I'm your guy.

I cook decently (I don't eat meat though).
