I'm leaving for December and hoping to find someone to enjoy my giant room (and use my BKNY Botanical Garden membership).

Available from Dec 8th until Jan 10th, $1250 with utilities and internet covered.

LOCATION:

Couldn't be more ideal.

Across the street from the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, one block from the Brooklyn Museum and 10min walk to Prospect park/Grand Army (weekly farmers market!).

5min walk to the 2/3, and 4/5 subway lines
6 min to the S train.
10mins walk to the Q/B.

Our street is super green and calm but only a block away from Franklin Ave which is bustling with life, bars, restaurants, groceries, etc.

THE ROOM:

It's really big (13' x 17'), and has a large desk, a 48' Sony Brava screen (optional ), music stereo, yoga gear, closet, dresser and shelf space for you, a yamaha piano, black out curtains and some plants that are super easy to take care of if you don't mind (my housemates can also water them if you prefer).

THE APT:

The apt is gigantic! Four bedrooms, two bathrooms a large fully equipped kitchen, a huge living room, dining room and a entrance hallway for bikes etc.

Lots of privacy and space and sunny places with plants to read or chill.

The kitchen is very equipped and we have a three-stage water filtration system for our sink and shower.

The building has an elevator.

THE ROOMMATES:

You'll be sharing with my three roommates, one cis female and 2 cis males (who are never home because of dog sitting and theater gigs). Everyone's super friendly but also unobtrusive so it's important to us to keep a calm, clean and respectful living environment.

The apt is so big that we all have a lot of privacy and space btw our rooms, but we make sure to be very mindful of noise at night and cleaning after ourselves.

Looking for someone who will enjoy and be respectful of the space and a good housemate.
