You really can't beat this location, especially in Summer/Fall. Prospect Park is essentially my front yard. The apartment is 1/2 a block from Lincoln Rd Prospect Park entrance, 1/2 a block from Botanic Gardens south entrance, 1 block from Prospect Park B/Q (both express) and the local S (which take you to SW BedStuy). The walk from the subway is very short.

Please tell me as much info about yourself as you think helpful (how you are living with others, cleanliness, what other roommates have said about you, kitchen/cooking, socializing/interacting, etc).
