It's just a 5 minute walk to the 2/3 and Q express subway lines and about 20 minutes to downtown Manhattan. It's also very close to the F and R trains.

The apartment is on the 6th floor of an elevator building with amazing views of Brooklyn rooftops and lower Manhattan. There's fabulous light and views in every room! The apartment has a large eat-in-kitchen outfitted with everything you need and a very large bedroom with a brand-new king-size bed and Midea AC, which is extremely quiet. There's also a well-appointed living room with a super comfy couch and a new OLED smart tv. Laundry is in the building as well as bike storage.

We are seeking a couple, small family or single subletter ideally for the entire duration..
