We’re a couple in our 30s/40s who work in the music and publishing industries. While we are renters, this house is very much our home. We have a multi-year lease and a great relationship with our landlords, and it’s important to us to have someone like-minded, considerate and responsible, enjoying the space while we’re away.
We have the loveliest downstairs neighbours you could ask for, and finding someone who will be kind and considerate to them in return is very important to us. Quiet hours must be respected, and no parties/large gatherings permitted.
