3rd floor walk-up on the corner of Market and Bridge Streets, steps to all downtown Northampton has to offer! The apartment features a huge, open living room with south-facing windows, a primary bedroom, a dining and kitchen area, and two additional rooms -- each with its own closet -- which could be used as either bedrooms or office/studio spaces. Yellow pine hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen has ample cabinetry, tile back splash, stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove. Off the kitchen is a modern bathroom with bright tiled shower and cabinets for storage.

Downtown shops and supermarkets are within easy walking distance, so a car is optional. PVTA buses and Amtrak are also both very accessible (you can see the train pass from the living room!) No laundry in the building but there's a laundromat on the same block. On street parking only.

The space would be ideal for a single person who wants a lot of space, couples, or up to three roommates. I won't be taking all of the furniture in the pictures, so there is an option for the apartment to come partially furnished.

Landlord is extremely responsive and nice -- she runs the delicatessen downstairs and lives a 5 minute drive away.

I've been here for two years and it is seriously the nicest apartment I've ever lived in! I will be sad to leave it, but I'm moving to NYC for work.
