Looking for simple space to sublet or rent, ideally within 30 minutes of Columbia's Upper West Side campus, August 23, 2025-May 15th, 2026, or any fraction of that time.

Since studios and one-bedrooms are in high demand, I'm reaching out to see if anyone might have a maid's quarters, in-law suite, guest room, or similar space currently that I could potentially sublet or rent.

I'm quiet, respectful, and responsible. Budget: $1,300–$2,500/month, and I'm happy to supplement that by being useful—picking up prescriptions, groceries, dry cleaning; pet/plant care; dishes; trash/recycling; accompanying to appointments; light babysitting; organizing; etc. I don't drink, sleep with earplugs, and can be either quiet as a church mouse or a fun companion. Open to a trial month.

Overall, I'm very flexible and trying to stay near campus without breaking the bank. I lived in NYC before and know my way around. I'm leaving most of my possessions in LA, where I work in television and where I will go back to in May. I can provide deposit, guarantor, months up-front, references—whatever's needed. Thank you.
