I'm a 39 year old single man with perfect credit, savings, 2 cats, a set of nice kitchen stuff and an excellent sectional couch. My lease ends sept 1st and I'm looking to find a more affordable option where I could split an apartment with others - ideally paying 1800/month or less.

I'm self employed as a video editor/ animator and generally stay fairly quiet at home. I spend most of my time in my office/studio working, drawing and painting, and would love a space with either a large bedroom to accommodate my desk and workstation or an office space. My cats are older and well behaved, and spend most of the day just watching me work.

I'm fairly tidy and keep bathrooms and common areas clean, and while I occasionally like to cook I like keeping the kitchen as clean as I can between adventures as well.

I can provide tax returns and bank statements if need be, and have a credit score over 800. Looking primarily in Bushwick, Ridgewood, Bed Stuy, East Williamsburg, and Greenpoint but open to other areas.
