Hello listers! I am moving to LA in August and am looking for a place to hang my hat for 6 months prior to finding a more permanent spot, with the potential to extend if it ends up being a good fit.

Ideal space:
Furnished, one bedroom, true kitchen (at least w/stove), small yard, OK with ADU, backyard casita or en suite space in a house with mindful roommate who is OK with larger dog.

Price range:
Around $2,200 and below, might go slightly above for the right space.

Neighborhoods:
East LA, Highland park or nearby areas, Pasadena - not super familiar yet with all LA areas, so could be sold on a good, dog friendly area!
