Hi! Do you have a backyard with some shade, and want to make some extra income? I have a crazy mold sensitivity, and finding an apartment here in LA has been a nightmare. I'm hoping to just detox and go back to simplicity for a little, and post-up in a canvas yurt and live mostly outdoors. I work from coffee shops so I wouldn't be there much, and just come in to shower and cook, and maybe keep my clothes and small amount of photo gear inside. I'd pay rent like normal, and am flex on amount.

I know it's a weird ask but you never know! Its also a cute looking yurt, and wouldnt be an eye sore, maybe some dangly lights for some ambiance.

Happy to jump on a FT or get a coffee to chat if you feel like you may have the right backyard and want some extra rent. Ideally East side in places like los feliz, silverlake, highland park etc. but open to by the beach in venice, etc
