This is an exceptional studio share for the price, in a brilliant location.
The open-topped space has a beautiful window for natural light and is in a well kept, quiet painters' building with clean hallways, bathrooms, and AC, professionally managed by Chimney Studios. The location is at 42 Stewart Ave., Brooklyn, NY, near the Jefferson L.
I love the space, but am too busy to make regular use of it, so I'd like to share it. Currently, it has full walls of canvas, art supplies, seating, easel, shop table with book binding machine, etc. Open to price adjustments up or down based on the usage arrangement; the proposed price is for an equal share.
