We are two professional photographers looking for a third person to share our tidy photography studio in Bushwick, 2 blocks from the Morgan L.

$750/month + 1/3 of monthly studio utility expenses
Available September 1
Lease will be 6 months initially, then re-evaluated for possible longer-term extension.

The studio features:
-Your own desk + storage space
-Use of shared shooting space with capture station and camera stand
-In-studio use of shared grip and lighting equipment
-Stocked and organized for still life photography but can also accommodate 9' seamless for full-length portraits
-Client/table area
-Central AC and heat
-Free wi-fi
-24 hour access
-In-studio Kitchenette and sink
-Responsive and responsible superintendent (secure package delivery!)
-Access to freight elevator
-Walking distance to film developing/printing lab, multiple photo rental houses, many tasty cafes and lunch spots

We would love to share with a photographer, but are also open to other compatible creatives who can use the space effectively and respectfully.
