Semi-private artist's studio space - 160 sq feet (10' x 16') - is available for immediate rental. The studio is shared with another artist (painter), who is very quiet and professional. There are multiple artists in the building, as well as the John St. gallery (an artist-run gallery).

Located in the basement of a secure building on a very quiet street in DUMBO. Rent is $450 a month + $25 for utilities. Internet access is available. Space is naturally cool in the summer (no A/C is needed). Painters are preferred, but open to discussion.

One month's security deposit is required for move-in.

I am an artist and hold the lease on the studio. My partner works in the space a couple of days a week as well as a few weeknights. I am subletting a portion of the studio while I am in school. My background is in painting and sculpture, and I received my MFA from Pratt Institute.
