We are looking to fill one space in a large photography studio located in Sunset Park, just blocks from Industry City. We are two photographers, and are looking for a third photographer or visual artist to join our space. There is ample room for you to bring your own worktable and store gear/equipment, and the studio is fully equipped with backdrops, lights, tripods, lightstands, and also a full darkroom. The studio is about 800 feet, and also has a slop sink. The space is suitable for intimate events like film screenings, sound baths, pop-up galleries, and more. And the building is an industrial commercial building full of other artists across a variety of disciplines.

Ideally we would love to find another photographer who is looking to join the space, but we are also open to other types of artists like painters and sculptors. We just had one studio mate move out as they left the city, so we're looking for a new person as a replacement. The lease runs through end of July 2026, but we can be flexible in terms of length of stay depending on your needs.
