You will need to complete an application form for the building which has a $20 fee. Management will then review the application, conduct a credit and background check, and then request payment of the security deposit, which is $4600. Once the deposit is paid, they will forward the application to the committee for approval, which typically takes about 24 hours. If approved, you will pay the first month’s rent and sign the lease.
