3 spots in our 5 person shared studio will be available January 1st.

Space A (yellow): 18’ wall and 5’ contiguous wall
Space B (pink): 18’ wall and 10’ wall
Space C (green): 16’ wall and 5’ wall

Spaces can be combined.

We (the 2 of us that are staying) are a photographer and a painter. We both are conscientious about sound and sharing space, keeping it fairly tidy. Please no dust making practices.

The center of the rooms are used as communal workspace.
We’re on the third floor and get great indirect natural light in the front area (and a view!)
The entire floor is shared with other professional artists and is well maintained by responsive and caring management. It's truly a lovely and supportive community. Bathrooms, slop sinks and a small woodshop are available on the floor

About This Lister

I am a photographer in my 40's originally from California. My tiny and sweet chihuahua usually accompanies me to the studio, we live nearby. My hours are erratic but typically I'm there afternoons/evenings.
