I grew up in Greenpoint and worked in Brooklyn & Manhattan for most of my life. My wife and I are parents to a playful 5-year old french bulldog that has adopted us. I have been managing rentals for many years but also retired as an engineer with the MTA where I worked on impactful system expansion projects.
