I'm looking for a 1 or 2-month sublet starting April 1st or 15th with some flexibility on the start/end dates.

This is a large, furnished 1-bedroom apartment in a modern waterfront building. Enjoy stunning views of the skyline and East River, and be just steps from Greenpoint’s best restaurants and the G train.

The building features a washer and dryer, central heating and A/C with thermostat control, and an elevator. Please note: No pets and no smoking of any kind (including vapes) are allowed; building rules are strictly enforced. There is also no gym or rooftop access.
