- The size of the warehouse allows for a low-occupancy environment. Friendly current group of artists rarely there at the same time or use their space part-time only so there are max 3 of us there at time.

About the studio:
- Avail now: 90 sq ft, 3 walled studio for $700/month. Or a irregular shaped studio with 2 walls plus shelving wall for 800/month.
- WIFI and utilities, including heat
- Your private space + access to the shared 16x20 area (can be used for shoots or projects that require extra space)
- Nice kitchen area with slop sink, water cooler, coffee, microwave, fridge, mini-oven, dining table
- Calm, clean and open-feeling atmosphere (this is not a loud, cubicle studio environment with tons of people)
- Includes large clean-line work table and chair, if you want them
- You'll be privately working in your own space and there are 6 other spaces but normally 2, 3 people are there at a time.
