Bright and sunny studio located near Flushing & Metropolitan Aves at edge of Ridgewood / Maspeth, Queens. A few blocks from Bushwick. Private space within a larger suite shared with two other painters. Sink right in our space, only shared between us. Freight elevator just outside. 2nd floor walk up. Wifi, curtains, and a window unit AC are included.

Ideal for a painter or artist who works in other non-dusty materials with minimal fumes. Generally we keep it pretty quiet—for example, we use headphones for music, but it's of course fine to take calls and have studio visits.

375 square feet (320 ft floor space, 55 ft private storage loft). Additionally we use our shared hallway for extra storage (large paintings, etc).
