Looking for a fellow creative to join my ground floor sign painting work space in Clinton Hill. I currently work solo in a 500 square foot shop (plus garage) at Myrtle & Grand. I have a 12' w x 4' d x 9' t open space ready to become your new creative work space.

I am the only tenant in the building and you'd have 24 hr access to your work space. I am here 3-4 days a week to paint, prep or pack, but frequently work on-site.

The space includes a bathroom, utility sink, fridge, microwave and two small couches. Electricity and Wifi are included. The space has two split AC / heaters that we run on occasion to warm / cool.

3 windows, a screen door and quite a few lights. You are welcome to bring additional lighting for your work. My wife maintains a handful of larger house plants to keep the space happy.

Includes shared access to the large wall mounted easel, a vinyl plotter, laser cutter, various wood working tools and screen printing equipment.

I use water and oil based paints and thinners but don't do any spray, epoxy or saw dust work in the space and have a large air filter. I keep my space as clean and organized as can be expected of a workshop.

Must be dog friendly, my 6 year old shop dog hangs out many days sleeping on the couch.
