Our office specializes in chiropractic care and functional nutrition. We are looking for an independent contractor who would benefit from the support of a full time staff and access to a comprehensive inventory of professional grade nutritional supplements.
The treatment room is available Tuesday - Sunday, with the exception of a handful of Tuesdays and Wednesdays each month. The lead practitioner is currently back and forth, building a second practice from the ground up in the horse country and rolling hills of Kentucky. The idea is to gradually develop the practice in Kentucky, while growing the practice in NYC, together and in partnership with practitioners who would benefit from the support of an established practice.

The practice is led by Dr. Beth Forgosh, now in her 26th year of clinical care. She created the Elevate Healing System, an integrative approach that combines chiropractic care, functional nutrition, energy work, and lifestyle guidance within an intuitive framework. This model provides meaningful perspective and empowers individuals to cultivate health and well being while creating a life they love.
The practice is located in SoHo, near the C/E and 1 subway lines, on the fourth floor of a historic building on Prince Street. It shares a reception area with a collection of independent offices.
