Last-minute sublet! Exquisitely well-kept Altbau apartment, 42 square meters (450 sq ft), southern exposure with balcony, 3min walk to Helmholtzplatz, 5min to the Ringbahn, 5min to the M10 tram, which takes you directly to Hauptbahnhof.
Spacious fridge, fully-equipped kitchen, washer, high-speed Internet, etc. Do note that the apartment is on the third story with no elevator.
€1.000 + deposit + €50 cleaning fee

€600 deposit on acceptance, to be returned on departure, less a modest cleaning fee. We’d prefer to sublet to a solo traveler, but we’d consider couples at a slightly higher rate. Alas, we’re not in a position to take animal friends.
Please note: This is a strictly smoke-free home. No smoking, vaping, smudging, votives, etc.
