- Utilities not included but usually another $50-75 per person per month

- Pretty new appliances! I’ve been living here almost six years, and the place was fully renovated when I moved in.
- One tandem parking spot that’s shared
- No pets allowed
- Bedroom will come unfurnished but living room is fully furnished with couch and tv etc
- The building is two stories, only about eight apartments, and this one is on the first floor

- Creatives encouraged! I’m a working screenwriter and love motivated, creative people. I don’t drink and value a calm home base, but still love going out to the fun and cute places in the neighborhood (there are a lot! and the place is walking distance from Fig and York). There are great cafes around as well, and this place is located just off Monte Vista near La Tropicana market.

I’m a 27 year old writer (she/her) and I’ve lived here for six years, since I moved from Boston to attend grad school at USC in 2019. I also work at a pilates studio Minday-Thursday, so my time is split between in person work and work from home writing, which is a nice balance.
