- Looking for roommates to bond with! The last several years has taught us we want to be closer with our friends and create an intimate space for friendship. We will of course respect privacy and time alone, just want to make sure you are open to hanging out.
- We’re not super type A, but we do like to keep shared spaces tidy and comfortable for everyone. We are both crafters/artists so often there are active projects being worked on in shared spaces. We are maximalists so keep that in mind!
- Love animals (or like them) but don’t have any of your own. While we would love more animals we both have very particular pets that don’t get along well with others of their own breed.
- No smoking inside

The house is situated in a beautiful historic neighborhood, just steps away from large historic homes and quick access to several amenities. We have a corner store a half block away as well as larger stores less than a mile away. A nearby coffee shop makes for a great morning stroll and we have nearby access to the Metro E Line.

NOTE: As mentioned above we are open to renting the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom instead of the bedroom indicated on this listing. If you are interested in renting that room instead just let us know and we can discuss it!

Roommate 2: Robyn is 41, single, and works in non-profit fundraising. Naturally loud and easy going she loves bugs and got her degree in entomology. An introvert with extrovert tendencies, she is a genius stained glass artist and loves getting into other projects. A homebody that loves camping and travel when she can.

Cats: Titty is approachable but particular, she loves her alone time but will find a lap and sit in it promptly. She is quite vocal when talking to humans. I love seeing her relationships with other people as they differ from mine. Indoor cat but gets occasional outside time. She is 15 years old. Charlotte is a foster that was rescued from a hoarding situation. She loves relaxing in the sun and loves occasional belly rubs. We think she is around 4-5 years old.

Dogs: Piña is a 7 year old terrier mix. Playful, goofy, and will joyfully invade your personal space. Bubba is a 15 year old terrier mix. He is a momma's boy who loves walks and loves to get his mom's attention.
