The unit is in a standalone duplex building so it shares only one wall with a neighbor and is southern-facing so it gets natural light on three sides, with views of nearby Ernest Debs park and the Santa Monica mountains

HLP has public transportation access via the LA Metro A line, as well as being conveniently located near the 2 freeway to the west and 110 freeway to the east, making it pretty easy to get anywhere.
