Charming home perfect for winter or summer seasons!! Flanked by a river on two sides, private and serene yet a short two minutes walk into the village center for coffee truck, library, playground and a short stroll to the Lake Garfield beach! Butternut Ski Basin is five miles down the hill, Catamount, Bosquet and Jiminy Peak within a half hour drive -- and we have lots of snow this year! Ice skate at the town rink or Cross-country ski out the front door... winter walks and summer walks with paths and country roads and more serious hikes as well. The Appalachian Trail runs through our town. In summer, wade in the waterfalls, grab swimming hole or lounge in the river 100 feet away...or swim and sunbathe at the lake beach.

In summer, slip off to a concert at Tanglewood, world-reknonwed dance at Jacob's Pillow or the Williamstown Theater Festival! Plenty of live-music venues -- and we now have world-class DJ's spinning at Hy's in Egremont.

Enjoy our amazing farms stands, restaurants and pop-up dining year round! The Berkshires is a food, arts and music destination.

Fieldstone fireplace built in 1760 is the center of our cozy, authentic New England home -- enjoy our original art and selected designer furnishings. We have three bedrooms: king bed in the primary room downstairs, with a queen and then a twin in two guest rooms upstairs. Chef's kitchen with butcher block and stainless steel counters, well stocked chef's appliances and pantry. One and a half baths with full LG laundry. Entertainment, stereo and hi-speed fiber optic WIFI with work station in twin guest room. Lots of games and puzzles too! BBQ outside, full outdoor dining...gorgeous established flower beds plus a vegetable and herb garden for use.

Trained dog allowed with small deposit and small extra cleaning fee..
