The Happy Medium Workshop supports all of Happy Medium’s offerings, as well as producing products, furniture, and commissioned work. We are a small, close-knit team, with big aspirations and are in search of a proactive and hard-working Workshop Assistant to join our team.
This role involves supporting the day-to-day running of our multidisciplinary workshop. You'll assist with a variety of production runs, creative projects and workshops—including occasional assistance during our evening "Build a Chair" workshops. You will also support tool and material management, studio organization, and general space upkeep. The position is primarily one focused on our fabrication efforts, however, as opportunities arise and trust is established, there are opportunities for growth.

Full Time, 40 hours a week
Monday-Friday
Occasional, Monthly evening classes
