Come spend the holidays and enjoy the company of my black cat Bandit! My home is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath ranch home in a quiet walkable neighborhood. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a daybed (two twin beds). The house is located approximately 1 mile from the Catskill village center.

Bandit is a 6-year old lovable short-haired black cat. She is an indoor/outdoor cat. She is a good companion to those who love cats!

Dates are somewhat flexible. One week minimum. The renter is responsible for shoveling the driveway if it happens to snow.

The warm, cosy living/dining room is well set up for relaxing or working remotely. Wifi is good, but there is no cable TV service. Feel free to use the washer/dryer and dishwasher.

If you like village life, explore the Village of Catskill and nearby towns - Hudson, Saugerties, Woodstock, Rhinebeck. The City of Hudson is a 15-minute drive.

Or drive up into the Catskills and enjoy the snow. Easy access to Hunter Mountain.

Please leave the kitchen and bathroom clean with dishes washed. Please leave the sheets/blankets on the beds. (No need to wash them.)
