The space has it's own private entrance and plenty of street parking. All utilities are included in the price. There is a European style kitchen with all that is needed to cook a meal. Fully furnished with linen's and kitchen supplies.
Space is walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Gel sons market. Also walking distance to Bars, restaurants, coffee places and Sunset Blvd.
It is a studio apartment connected but separate from a private home. It is not a shared space. You will have your own privacy.
There is a living area and an area with a full size bed. A bathroom with a shower (no tub). There are big closets for storage. The space is one story and has not stairs to climb but there is one step up for the bathroom.

I have been a resident of Silverlake for many years and I am also the builder of the studio apartment. I had served as an office for my construction company and now I rent it out for short term stays. I am a landlord and have other properties in the Silverlake area that I manage and redesign.
I am also a podcast producer and have worked as a independent producer for npr station LAist here in Los Angeles.
