The house is secluded and quiet, and maintained for guests with no personal effects present.

Parking in the driveway for 2 cars.

Caphalon cookware, Wusthof knives, Viking appliances, goose down bedding, empty closets. 1,200 sf.

After we check you in (no self-check in), you will have full and exclusive access to the house.

Upper level: combined kitchen, dining, living and work area; half bath, deck, patio.

Lower level: primary bedroom and bathroom with separate tub and shower, two sinks, deck.

Decks: Access to outdoor decks with beautiful views of the Bay.

Please note that there are no blinds in the house to take full advantage of the views. In the mornings, there are views of sunrise over the water. If you are sensitive to light, please bring a sleep mask.

We've created a very thorough and personal guide to the area that we will email you if you book with us that has information on getting around, as well as things to do and see, and places to eat.

Sonos, Apple TV and high-speed internet.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR VISITORS. We live in a very quiet neighborhood -- if you violate this policy, you will be required to leave immediately.

About This Lister

We are the owners - this is a second home that we lived in full-time for awhile and now use for medium-term rentals. We live close by and are happy to provide support and tips while you are here.

Neighbors are friendly but quiet. Houses are close together - there is no street parking here but room for two cars in the driveway.
