I'd love to swap (or rent) my gorgeous modern remodeled Victorian on a beautiful tree-lined street in the mission close to the best of SF for the winter! Looking for a swap (minimum 1 bdrm - w/d in unit, dishwasher) in Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, or Brooklyn Heights.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
It is on what I think is the best block in SF - great neighbors, tree lined street. It's the neighborhood with all the VC and Tech offices (notion, openai) as well as all the best restaurants in the city. Close to public transport and easily accessible.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need from all clad pans to a vitamix mixer to a gelato maker. Dishwasher of course. Wine fridge, etc.. I love to cook/entertain so this kitchen is stocked! You can use my spices, etc while staying.

WASHER/DRYER:
There is miele washer and dryer in the kitchen.

OFFICE:
There is an office as well with a desk and eames workchair with monitors for your work-from-home. The house has Fiber wifi.

GYM:
The home gym has all the essential equipment - peloton, weights, yoga mat, bench.

BATHROOMS:
There is a half-bath on the first floor and then 2 bathrooms on the second floor. One has a tub with shower overhead, the other has a shower. Primary bath is en-suite.

CLEANER:
There is a bi-weekly cleaner who will come and ensure the place looks great for your entire stay.

HEATING/AC:
There is central heating. For AC there is portable AC you can use if necessary. In the winter it is never needed.

ACCESSIBILITY:
There are stairs leading up to the house (a nice stoop) an then there are stairs up to the second floor where the 2 bdrms, office, and 2 bathrooms are.

BEDROOMS:
One bedroom has a queen bed
One bedroom has a full-sized tempurpedic
